Terms of Service
These terms apply to KOL campaigns and Tweet-to-Earn rounds arranged through sharkyweb3.com by SharkyWeb3 ("I", "me"). By sending a request or booking a campaign, you ("the client") agree to them.
Quotes and prices
Prices on the website, including per-KOL rates and package prices, are a guide. Sending a request does not create any obligation. A campaign is confirmed only when we agree on the final scope and price in writing (for example in Telegram or on X).
Payment
Payments are made in cryptocurrency, in two parts:
- 50% once we agree on the campaign
- the remaining 50% after the selected KOLs have joined the campaign's private Telegram group
The accepted currency, network and wallet address are confirmed before each payment. Please double-check the address before sending; blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
How campaigns are delivered
- I open a private Telegram group with the client and the selected KOLs.
- KOLs post on their own accounts, in their own voice, within the agreed time window, and share each post link in the group.
- My team follows the links during the campaign.
No guaranteed results
I deliver the agreed posts. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as impressions, follower growth, trading volume or token price, because these depend on the market and on how audiences react.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the project and for the information and materials it provides. Campaigns must not promote anything illegal, misleading or fraudulent. I may decline or stop a campaign that breaks this rule.
Tweet-to-Earn rounds
Each round has its own rules, published on the campaign page before it starts. Entries are reviewed manually; botted or purchased engagement leads to disqualification. Reward pools are funded by the featured projects.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this website or in any campaign is financial or investment advice. Crypto assets are high-risk; always do your own research.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for a campaign is limited to the amount paid for that campaign.
