Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SharkyWeb3 ("I", "me") collects through sharkyweb3.com, why, and what you can do about it. SharkyWeb3 is run by an individual operator, not a large company, so this is written in plain language.
What I collect
When you send a quote request, I receive what you type into the form:
- Project name and the project's X (Twitter) link
- Your Telegram username
- Your budget range and what you expect from the campaign (optional)
- The package or KOLs you selected and the quoted price
When you join a Tweet-to-Earn round, I store your tweet link and X username. If you are eligible for rewards, you send your wallet address to me privately by DM; it is used only to send your reward.
The form does not ask for your email address. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why I use it
- To review your project, reply to your request and prepare a quote
- To set up and run your campaign, including the private Telegram group with your selected KOLs
- To review Tweet-to-Earn entries, publish results and send rewards
Services that process the data
- Supabase: database where requests and Tweet-to-Earn entries are stored
- FormSubmit: sends me an email notification with the details of each quote request
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects it from abuse; it may process technical data such as your IP address
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device, referring site) without cookies and without tracking you across other websites
- Google Fonts: serves the site's fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers
- Telegram and X: used to talk to you and to run campaigns, under their own privacy policies
How long I keep it
I keep request details for as long as they are needed to work with you and for my own records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
